Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Every payment made to Momentous Fashion Academy is final and non-refundable once processed. This applies to all one-on-one and group training sessions, session packages, the 6-Week Runway to Confidence Program, workshops, fashion-show packages, network memberships, and donations.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including schedule changes, missed sessions, or change of mind.

What This Covers

• Training sessions and packages. All one-on-one, group, and multi-session training payments are final.
• The 6-Week Program. Program tuition is final once paid, whether or not the program has started.
• Workshops and events. All workshop, masterclass, and event tickets are final.
• Fashion-show packages. Runway Ready, Model Coordinator, and Full Show Development packages are final once paid.
• Network memberships. Monthly and annual membership payments are final. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your billing portal.
• Donations. All sponsorship and donation payments are final, as funds are committed immediately to student access, venues, and programming.

Session Credits

If you can't make a session you've paid for, your payment can be applied to a future session of equal or lesser value instead of being refunded. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original payment date and are non-transferable to another person. Contact us before your scheduled session to arrange a credit.

The Only Exception

Accidental duplicate charges. If a technical error charged you twice for the same session, the duplicate charge will be returned. Contact us with your payment confirmation and we'll resolve it.

Questions About a Payment

1. 1.Reach out through the Contact page with your name and the session you paid for.
2. 2.Include your order reference number (shown on your payment confirmation email and on the confirmation page after checkout).
3. 3.We respond within 3 business days. Session credits are confirmed by email.
